5.1 Subscription Plans

GuessTheChords offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuessTheChords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
